About the event
Join me for an Ayurvedic inspired mini day retreat designed to create a warm and welcoming environment where we can gather and learn Ayurvedic practices to support us through the winter season and forthcoming festivities!
Our day will include:
A yoga flow tailored to harmonize with the season, enhancing balance and well-being.
A deeper exploration of the dosha Kapha as we transition into the Kapha season.
An Ayurvedic cooking workshop featuring nourishing recipes: a detoxifying mung bean soup, an agni (digestive fire) builder, and the infamous raw cacao balls.
A shared Ayurvedic lunch, providing a moment to connect and savor the healing flavors together.
