
Kim was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, where her mother first introduced her to yoga, a gift that has supported her through every stage of life. Her journey across Europe led her to study Ayurveda, Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, each enriching her practice of movement, breath, and meditation.
Based in Los Angeles, yoga continues to ground her, restore, and shape her path forward.

Teaching is Kim’s passion. She creates a nurturing space where students feel safe to explore, reconnect, and discover resilience, balance, and inner strength in their own way. Alongside her adult classes, she also teaches teen yoga, supporting young people in building confidence, focus, and emotional well-being.

Today, she teaches with heart and purpose, guiding others to reset, heal, and grow through life’s challenges.
