My story.

I was exposed to yoga at a young age, as my mother was and still is a devoted yogi.

 

I have practiced various different kinds of yoga with many incredible teachers as I've travelled the world.  

 

I began my yoga teacher training in Europe, first studying Ayurveda, then classical Hatha Yoga,  Yin Yoga and most recently Yoga Nidra. 

 

I love teaching yoga. It brings me so much joy to pass on the knowledge I have gained and to witness my students yoga journeys.

My style of yoga teaching is gentle, I like to expose my students to the benefits of the different physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation in safe and nurturing environment. Building their confidence to create a strong and lasting self practice.

My classes will suit complete beginners as well as the more experienced yogis, I give variations and options.

 

Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
